General
- Only Ready Mobile PCS prepaid minutes will work with Ready Mobile PCS prepaid phones.
- Ready Mobile PCS prepaid minutes are non-refundable. Ready Mobile PCS is not responsible for loss, theft, or unauthorized usage.
- Calls placed to toll-free numbers will be charged the airtime rate.
- All calls are rounded to the next full minute. Rate is set at the time call is placed and applies for the duration of the call.
- If there is no usage or top up within 60 days, the phone will be disconnected your phone number will be forfeited. If you wish to reactivate with a new phone number, please contact customer service.
- Free Nights and Weekends minutes apply to domestic airtime only.
- International rates are still charged on international calls made during Free Nights and Weekend hours. Only airtime is free during Nights and Weekends.
Return Policy
- Phones may be returned to the retail store where the phone was originally purchased, per the individual store policy. Some retail stores may not accept returns. See individual store policy. If the store does not accept returns, you may return your phone to Ready Mobile PCS per the below policy.
- Phones may also be returned for a maximum refund value equal to the Ready Mobile PCS MSRP or exchanged directly to Ready Mobile PCS. Refunds or exchanges will be issued from the home office and mailed within 30 calendar days. Please call customer service at 1-800-516-0414 to receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions prior to returning the phone.
- You may return the phone up to 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the equipment purchase price. Phones are not returnable after 10 minutes of use.
- All components, including phone, accessories, user manuals and all packaging, must be returned in acceptable condition to receive a refund.
- The original sales receipt must accompany all returns or exchanges.
- You may not return the phone if damaged by improper usage or modification that results in the handset failing.
- Once minutes have been loaded on your handset, you cannot receive a refund for those minutes. Please use the 10 minute Activation Card to ensure your satisfaction with the phone before loading additional time. (You may transfer minutes to a different handset in the event of an exchange.)
Broadband
General
- Only Ready Broadband prepaid MBs will work with Ready Broadband prepaid USB devices.
- Ready Broadband prepaid MBs are non-refundable. Ready Broadband is not responsible for loss, theft, or unauthorized usage.
- All usage is rounded to the next full KB. Rate is set at the time of the usage is placed and applies for the duration of the session.
- If there is no usage or top up within 60 days, the device will be disconnected and the phone number associated to the device will be forfeited. If you wish to reactivate with a new phone number, please contact customer service.
Return Policy
- Broadband Devices may be returned to the retail store where the device was originally purchased, per the individual store policy. Some retail stores may not accept returns.
